Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Crestaris Capital, LLC. uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies on this website. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small data files that a website or service provider may place on a browser. Local storage allows a website to retain device-level settings in that browser. Pixels, scripts, software development tools, and similar technologies can support security, content delivery, preferences, forms, and measurement. Some technologies are necessary to deliver a requested service; others may require consent depending on their purpose and the visitor’s location.
Current Website Inventory
The website currently uses browser local storage to retain the visitor’s cookie choice. The record contains the preference selected, whether optional aggregate analytics were accepted, the time of the choice, an expiration time, and the applicable consent-language version. The application does not currently activate a non-essential analytics provider. Hosting, security, and content-delivery providers may process short-lived technical data or use strictly necessary technologies to deliver pages, mitigate abuse, balance traffic, and maintain availability.
Consent Record
The browser-storage consent record is identified as “cc-consent.” It is stored on the visitor’s device rather than in the public website database. The record is used to remember Accept, Reject, or saved preference choices and is configured to expire after approximately six months. Clearing browser storage, using a different browser or device, or materially changing the consent language may cause the website to ask again.
Fonts and Static Resources
The website currently requests certain typography resources from Google Fonts. When a browser requests a third-party stylesheet or font file, that provider may receive technical information such as IP address, browser details, the requested resource, and date and time. These resources are used to render the website and are not selected by Crestaris Capital for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Essential Technologies
Essential technologies support page delivery, transport security, fraud and abuse prevention, load balancing, accessibility, form operation, and consent choices. They cannot always be disabled through the website because the requested service may not function without them. Visitors can configure a browser to block cookies or storage, but portions of the site may not work as intended.
Aggregate Analytics
Non-essential analytics are not currently active. If privacy-aware aggregate analytics are introduced, they will remain blocked where consent is required until a visitor accepts. The configuration will be required to minimize data, exclude advertising features and cross-site profiling, honor rejection and preference changes, and be documented here with the provider, identifiers, purposes, retention period, and event inventory before activation.
Your Choices
The consent interface presents equally available Accept, Reject, and Manage Preferences actions. You may reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer and change the selection. You may also delete or block cookies and local storage through browser settings. Choices are browser- and device-specific because this website does not currently use an account-based preference system.
Privacy Signals
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, or other privacy signals. Because the website does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or currently activate non-essential analytics, those signals do not change the site’s present data use. If a future processing activity is subject to a legally recognized browser-based opt-out signal, the implementation and this policy will be updated before that activity begins.
Six-Month Preference Period
The consent record is configured with a six-month expiration period. A new prompt may appear sooner if the policy, vendor inventory, purpose, or consent-language version materially changes; if browser storage is cleared; if the visitor uses another device or browser; or if a technical issue prevents the prior preference from being read.
Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, laws, or practices change. The effective date will be revised, and renewed consent will be requested when legally required. Questions may be submitted through the Contact Us page. The deployed vendor and technology inventory should be reviewed periodically against this policy.
