Accessibility Statement
Crestaris Capital, LLC. is committed to providing a digital experience that is thoughtful, usable, and accessible to the broadest practical audience.
Our Commitment
We aim to make this website accessible to people with disabilities and to support effective communication and equal access. Our design and testing benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable. This benchmark guides our work but is not a representation that every page, document, or third-party component will be free of accessibility barriers at all times.
Accessibility Features
The website is designed with semantic headings and landmarks; keyboard-operable navigation; a skip link; visible focus indicators; responsive text and reflow; sufficient color contrast; descriptive labels; programmatic form associations; non-color-only status messages; reduced-motion support; and a consistent dark visual theme. Decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technologies where appropriate, and interactive controls are designed with accessible names, roles, and states.
Forms and Interactive Controls
Contact, subscription, search, consent, accordion, navigation, and preference controls are intended to work with a keyboard and assistive technology. Required fields are identified in text, validation messages are associated with the relevant interaction, and success or error states are presented without relying on color alone. If a control cannot be used effectively, please report it through the Contact Us page.
Documents and Publications
Downloadable publications are intended to provide selectable text, tagged structure, logical reading order, descriptive links, meaningful alternative text where needed, and adequate contrast. A PDF access route should appear only when a current accessible version has completed applicable factual, source, legal, accessibility, and disclosure review.
Testing and Maintenance
Our review process is intended to combine automated evaluation with manual keyboard, zoom, mobile, browser, contrast, and screen-reader testing. Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification. We prioritize remediation based on user impact, severity, frequency, and the availability of an effective alternative.
Third-Party Content
Third-party services, links, fonts, or documents may not always meet the same accessibility standard and are not fully controlled by Crestaris Capital. When we learn of a barrier in content we control, we will make reasonable efforts to remediate it or provide an effective alternative where practicable.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, use the Contact Us page and identify the page, feature, issue, assistive technology or browser involved, and preferred method of response. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 3–5 business days and will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance.
Ongoing Assessment
This statement is effective August 19, 2026. Accessibility review, testing, and remediation are ongoing. Material known limitations in content we control are intended to be documented, prioritized, and addressed by the responsible owner.
